During the second year of the project, the project team has been looking for innovative approaches to increase learning motivation and create an inclusive learning environment. The project team carried out interesting activities, discovered ways to organise learning/teaching in a more inclusive, interesting and supportive way. Although some activities had to be adjusted due to the ongoing pandemic situation.
Students worked creatively in teams and individually, debated, learned how to express their opinions and insights in a correct way. The activities helped them to get to know themselves and their friends better, to overcome their fears and to solve problems. These activities have improved their learning outcomes and have helped them to build warm relationships not only with their friends, but also with their teachers. The latter got to know the students and their problems better, which contributed to good relationships and results. It is important to remember that each of us can turn problems into challenges and opportunities, because every situation can always be approached in a different way and something can be learned from it.
